摘要 China and the United States promote stable relations through the Strategic Economic Dialogue As Chinese and U.S.officials concluded their last Strategic Economic Dialogue(SED)dur-ing George W.Bush’s presidency,there were high expectations that the two countries would keep up their efforts to fos-ter sustainable economic relations.
