合法性诉求和合法性信仰的对立统一

Unity of the Opposite Legitimacy Demand and Legitimacy Belief

近年来,政治合法性已经成为政治学研究领域一个十分热门的学术议题。本文以西方合法性研究迄今取得的成果,特别是韦伯和伊斯顿的理论为基础,先分别介绍合法性诉求和合法性信仰两个概念,然后从不同的视角阐明合法性诉求和合法性信仰的对立统一的关系,强调执政者和民众共同认同的价值与共同遵守的规范是合法性诉求和合法性信仰统一以及政治体制合法化的基础。

The study into the legitimacy of politics has become hot in politics studies.Based on the achievement of legitimacy study in the west,especially on theories of Weber and Euchner,this paper,with an introduction to concepts of legitimacy demand and legitimacy belief,elaborates the unity of the opposite two concepts from different perspectives.It is also stressed that the unity of the two and legitimacy of political system lie in the jointly held values and jointly obeying norms between rulers and populace.
