楚简《五行》圣智本义辨说

A Defense on the Denotations of Shengzhi in the Section of Five Virtues in Chu Slips

圣智两种德行在郭店楚简《《五行》篇思想结构中占有重要地位,但学界对此二行的解读依然有很大分歧。现有诠释的主要问题是忽视了这对概念在内涵上的多层次性,即圣智具有形上、认知和心理三个层面的涵义,三层涵义处于"不相非而相用"的有机联系之中。

The important position that the virtues of Shengzhi(saint and wise) occupy in laying the theoretical basis for the section of Five Virtues in Guodian Chu slips has gained unanimous recognition among scholars.However,up to now,divergent opinions have still stayed held on the interpretations of the two virtues in the academic circle.The major problem arising from current interpretations is that they tend to comprehend Shengzhi from one sole angle while neglecting the multiple denotations that this pair of concept has.It is then put forward in this paper that Shengzhi have three-folded denotations in metaphysical,cognitive and psychological senses,which are integrated in a relation of'non-contradictory but mutually supporting'and thus reflects the distinct features of the denotations of Shengzhi in the section of Five Virtues in Chu slips.
