从孔子的教育思想谈我国高校“德”与“法”的实践与统一

On the implementation and integration of the moral and law in domestic universities from the perspective of confucian education ideology

从孔子的教育思想引申到今天的"依法治校"和"以德治校"在我国高校育人成才的作用,强化"依法治校"和"以德治校"的融合,按照科学发展观的要求,把以人为本的思想通过在高校的"德治"和"法治"协调作用下深入贯彻落实,在加强师生员工思想道德建设的同时,更要加强法制教育,使我国高校更好地贯彻党和国家的教育方针,并充分发挥高校的功能作用。

Confucian education ideology is related to the concepts of managing university in accordance with law and running university with moral.The integration of managing university in accordance with law and running university with moral is strengthened in this paper.Based on the Scientific Outlook on Development,the human-centered ideology can be fully acted on through the integration.To implement the Party and the state's educational policy and give play to the functions of universities,this paper presents strengthening both moral and law construction of students and teacher staff.
