摘要
目的:探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平在房颤(AF)并血栓形成患者之间的差异及其与年龄、房颤持续时间、左房大小等指标的关系。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法检测AF患者的血浆BNP浓度。结果:血栓组血浆BNP浓度高于无血栓组[(10.137±1.212)vs(7.576±1.241)Pmol/L,p<0.05];血浆BNP浓度与患者年龄(r=0.824,p<0.001)、房颤持续时间(r=0.671,p<0.001)、左心房大小(r=0.719,p<0.001)成正相关。结论:AF患者之间的血浆BNP差异与血栓形成有关,血浆BNP浓度与年龄、AF持续时间、左房内径有相关性。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the relationship between serum level of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and atrial fibrillation(AF) complicated with thrombogenesis.METHOD:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure serum BNP concentration among the patients with AF.RESULTS: The serum BNP concentration in thrombogenesis group was higher than that in non-thrombogenesis group [(10.137±1.212) vs(7.576±1.241) Pmol/L,p<0.05];The serum concentration was positive with patient age(p<0.001),duration of AF(p<0.001) and size of left atria(p<0.001).CONCLUSION:The serum level of BNP is correlated with thrombogenesis and pationt age,duration of AF,size of left atria and internal diameter.
