PowerBuilder is a comparatively popular database development instrument and this paper detailedly describes a small- scale library administrative system from many aspects such as hardware and software requirement,database design,and functional module design.This system is terse-composition and strong-expansion,which is not only suitable for small-scale library,but also for library and reference room of enterprise and institution.
