Design and Implementation of Medical Insurance Management Information System Based on the Distributed Database System

设计并实现了一种基于分布式数据库技术的医保管理信息系统,该系统体系结构以 C/S 结构为主,融合 B/S 结构,由物理层、数据层、应用支撑层、业务层及应用层组成,采用数据分片技术和分布式数据库同步技术,实现了远程联网管理和数据信息共享,解决了异构环境医疗保险数据业务的数据同步、数据共享、并行处理和数据交换问题。通过在一些医疗保险管理机构的实际应用,证明了系统的可靠性和正确性。

This paper presents a kind of medical insurance management system based on the distributed database system,which consists of physical layer,data layer,application support ing layer,business layer and application layer.By mainly used C/S structure and combined with B/S structure,using Data fragment and distributed database synchronous technology.It realizes the information exchange and data-share between different level databases through network for medical management department.Reliability and Correctness were Certificated by practical application in some medical insurance management departments.
