摘要
采用注凝成型制备HfB2-SiC复合陶瓷,讨论了分散剂、pH值、固相体积含量对HfB2-SiC复合陶瓷浆料粘度的影响,并采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、能谱等手段对制备烧结体的物相组成和显微结构进行了分析研究。结果表明,在HfB2中添加质量分数为20%的SiC,pH为10.6,分散剂体积分数为8%的条件下,HfB2-SiC复合粉体浆料的固相体积分数为40%,粘度为600mPa.s;在烧结体中HfB2和SiC以主晶相的形式存在于复合材料中,二者存在良好的界面结合,显微结构致密。
The gel-casting processing of HfB2-SiC composites was studied in this research.The effects of dispersant,pH,the solid volume content on the slurry were investigated.The phase composition was analyzed with an X-ray diffractometer and the microstructure of the sintered HfB2-SiC composites were studied by SEM-EDX.The results show that the solid content of the slurry is(HfB2-20wt% SiC)40vol.% and the viscosity is 600mPa s when pH is 10.6 and the content of dispersant is 8vol.%.HfB2 and SiC exist in the form of primary crystalline phase in composite and there is a good interfacial bonding between HfB2 and SiC.
