摘要
目的:用傅立叶变换红外光谱法对传统中药芡实进行鉴别。方法:对10批芡实干燥粉碎后,采用溴化钾压片法进行相应的红外光谱检测,并对获得的红外光谱进行聚类分析。结果:各批次的红外光谱均在3 417±2 cm-1,2 930±2 cm-1,1 653±2 cm-1,1 155±2 cm-1,1 081±2 cm-1,1 021±2 cm-1波数处有吸收峰。采用聚类分析表明不同批次产品质量有微小差异。结论:溴化钾压片红外光谱法可用于鉴别中药芡实,该法为中药质量检测及监控提供一种方便、有效和直观的方法。
OBJECTIVE:To differentiate Chinese traditional medicine semen euryales with Fourier transformation infrared spectrum.METHOD:After being dried and crushed,10 batches of semen euryales were detected by infrared spectrum with pressed-disk technique.The obtained infrared spectrum was conducted cluster analysis.RESULTS: There were several wave peaks for each batch of infrared spectrum in 3417±2 cm-1,2930±2 cm-1,1653±2 cm-1,1155±2 cm-1,1081±2 cm-1 and 021±2 cm-1.Cluster analysis showed that the disparity in quality for different batches of product was minute.CONCLUSION:Infrared spectrum with pressed-disk technique can be used to differentiate the Chinese traditional medicine semen euryales,and it is a convenient,effective and direct way for Chinese Medicine quality detection and control.
