我国休闲产业人才培养问题探析

An Analysis of the Training of Recreation Industrial Personnel in Our Country

近年,我国的休闲产业得到了快速发展。在休闲产业快速发展的同时,也逐渐暴露出一些亟待解决的问题。要解决这些问题,进一步发展休闲产业,一方面,需要培养更多善于经营管理的高素质休闲产业人才;另一方面,需要进一步加强对民众的休闲教育。与现行市场经济的发展要求相比、与目前休闲产业的快速发展相比,我国现有休闲产业尚未完全适应市场经济的需要和发展,休闲产业人才培养迫在眉睫,势在必行。

The leisure indusry in our country has developed rapidly these years.Some issues which need to be solved at once have exposed gradually when the leisure indusry has developed rapidly.We need to solve these issues and develop the leisure industry.On the one hand,need to train more talented persons who are good at management and have high quality;on the other hand,need to strengthen the further leisure education of people.Nowadays,compared with the requirement of developmen for the existing market economy and the rapid development of the leisure indusry,the existing leisure industry in our country has not yet meeted the requirement and development of the market economy completely,the training of the talented person for leisure industry is imminent and inevitable.
