本文分析了无氰镀铜络合剂的选择方法,推介了一种中性光泽性无氰镀铜工艺,攻克了结合力和溶液稳定性两大难关,宜在应用中充实提高。
This paper had analyzed the choice method of complex agent of non-cyanic copper plating,recommend a type of technology of neutral bright non-cyanic copper plating,overcomed two difficulties of combination force and solution stability.So this technology is worth popularization.
