粉末喷涂后产生不规则线状缺陷分析

摘要 分析了粉末涂装生产中一次比较特殊的不规则线状缺陷,缺陷主要是由于涂装区域局部空气流动造成的,粉末颗粒度过细或配方变化不易带电荷也是造成该缺陷的原因之一。解决办法是将回收设备抽风装置接入口拉开一定距离,减弱工件上的空气流动。 Analysed the special anomalistic linear trace on the surface of powder coating workpieces-the lower frong and back cover of fuel dispenser.One of the real cause is that the exhaust fan of the coating passage leaded a minus presure crnter on the surface of workpieces,,which moved the way as cyclone, leaving the trace behind; the other cause is that the too small particle of powder leaded poor charge ability, thus bring the weaker adsorbability to steel board. By move away the entry position of the exhaust fan, the anomalistic linear trace did not appear any longer.
