从日本经济的兴衰看高等教育的职业性与学术性

On the professionalism and academicism in the higher education compared with the economic rise and fall in Japan

二战后日本经济出现了高速的增长,成为仅次于美国的第二经济大国。人们在总结其治国经验时普遍将其归功于教育。20世纪90年代以来,日本的教育稳步发展,而经济却出现了衰退。同样是日本教育,为什么在以往能加速经济的增长,而近年来却起不到这种作用了呢?本文从高等教育的职业性和学术性角度,探讨这两者与经济发展的关系及对我国发展高等教育的借鉴意义。

After the World War Ⅱ,Japanese economy was rising up and ranked behind only the United States. Most people thought it owed to education.However,in 1990s,Japanese economy declined while education developed steadily.The same education system caused different economy state in Japan.This article expounds the key relations between the economy and the education in terms of the professionalism and the academicism in the higher education fields and the lessons we have to learn in order to develop our higher education.
