摘要
目的探讨EBV、HCV与贵州地区NHL的相关性。方法ISH方法检测180例NHL中EB病毒编码的小核苷酸EBER1/2,采用原位RT-PCR法检测58例NHL中HCVRNA。IHC方法检测EBV潜伏膜蛋白LMP-1。结果EBV感染率为42.8%(77/180),感染率依次为TCL64.8%、NK/T46.2%、BCL9.5%,TCL、NK/T与BCL相比,P<0.005,面中线NHL感染率为72.4%,多形细胞性淋巴瘤感染率为70.1%。HCV感染率为18.97%(11/58),其中BCL占90.9%,消化道发生的BCL占63.6%,滤泡中心细胞来源淋巴瘤占54.5%。结论EBV感染与本地区NHL关系密切,主要感染TCL和NK/T。HCV感染与本地区NHL有相关性,主要感染BCL。两种病毒感染均有部位限制性和类型倾向性。
Objective To research the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus (EBV),Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) in Guizhou Province. Methods The presence of EBV encoded small RNA (EBER1/2) and EBV latent membrane protein (LMP-1) were detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry respectively in 180 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The presence of HCV RNA was detected by in situ PT-PCR in 58 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Results The infection rate of EBV was 42.8% (77 of 180 cases). In sequence,T cell lymphoma (TCL),NK/T cell lymphoma (NK/T) and B cell lymphoma ( BCL ) were 64.8%,46.2%,and 9.5% respectively. There was a significant difference on the statistics between the infection rate of EBV in TCL and NK/TCL and that in BCL (P<0.005). The infection rates of EBV in NHL of face midline and pleomorphic cell lymphoma were 72.4% and 70.1%,respectively. The infection rate of HCV was 18.97% (11 of 58 cases). Among the 11 cases,BCL accounted for 90.9%,BCL of enteron accounted for 63.6%,and follicle center cell lymphoma accounted for 54.5%. Conclusion There is a close relationship between EBV infection and NHL in Guizhou Province,especially TCL and NK/TCL. There is also relationship between the HCV infection and NHL in this area,especial in BCL. Both infectious viruses show that there are site restriction and type liability.
