摘要
本文论述环保部门如何打造一支管理有序、装备精良、业务精通的监测队伍。从而在突如其来的环境污染事故发生时有效完成应急监测任务,为上级部门快速、准确处理污染事故,把危害降到最低程度提供科学的依据。
The paper mainly studies on how to set up and perfect the staff for emergency monitoring of sudden environmental pollution accident,and how to strengthen the management of emergency monitoring of sudden environmental pollution accident.
