The construction of systems has the quality of fundamental,general,stable and long-standing.From the view of the significance of the relationship between the system-construction and the advanced nature of the member of the Communist Party,this paper analyzes achievements in establishing the long-term mechanism of maintaining the advanced nature of the member of the Communist Party in Yunnan Agricultural University,which plays an important role in universities' CPC building.
