从战略思想看甲午战争清海军的失败

On the Failure of Qing Navy in Sino-Japanese War of Jiawu from the View of Strategic Thinking

通过对晚清海军战略思想发展演变的论述,指出近代中国海军建立虽然较早,但由于其战略思想深受陆防战略影响,表现出很大的保守性。长期坚持防口守岸的消极防御战略,形成有海无防的局面,从而酿成甲午海战中北洋舰队全军覆没的惨剧。

By studying the development of the navy's strategic thinking of the last years of Qing Dynasty,the author points out although the navy of China was founded early in modern history,its strategic thinking was influenced deeply by defensive war on the land,so it remains great conservative.For a long time,Qing government took a passive strategy of defense against enemy landing operations,so that it comes to a situation of no defense forces,which led to Bei Yang Fleet's failure in Sino-Japanese War of Jiawu.
