摘要
本文从师范大学的"战略转型"角度探讨了教师教育的组织结构选择,认为师范大学在实现"战略转型"过程中必须在现代大学背景下去理解教师教育的转型,并以综合性、研究型大学对于教师教育的意义来阐述师范大学的综合性、研究型战略中的教师教育组织结构的选择。
This article explores the new components-and-structures of teacher education of normal universities in view of 'strategic transformation'.In order to realize the strategic transformation,the normal universities should put transformation into the context of the modern universities,and analyze the choice of components-and-structures of teacher education by means of the significance of comprehensive and research-based normal universities.
