摘要
农村教师困窘的生存状态表现为繁重的事务与苍白的生活、较低的职业幸福感和归属感、缺乏人性的管理、职业倦怠、恶劣的生活环境和简陋的工作条件等。这些生存状态受个人的生活经历、专业发展程度、家庭等内在原因和强大压力、冷冰冰的管理和教育传统等外在原因影响。改变教师困窘的生存状态,学校教育要彰显教师的个人价值,重新审视教师作为"人"的内涵,教师自身也要更新教育教学理念,积极走专业化道路,做自己生活的主人,教育行政部门要完善法规及制度建设,推行人性化的管理,创建"师本"文化氛围。
The survival of rural teachers is an important subject on studying teachers and the new curriculum reform.The rural teachers' existence state in a difficult position is shown as: strenuous affairs,unconvincing life;lowering the happy sense of job and sense of ownership;lack of human management;teacher burnout;abominable living environment and simple and crude condition of work.The main inherent reasons include the personal experience of life,professional development degree,family and such external reasons as strong pressure,cold management and educational traditions.Changing teachers' state in a difficult position,the schools need to make the teacher's personal value more salient,to emphasize the connotation of teachers as 'beings'.At the same time,teachers are required to upgrade their educational and teaching ideas,to make themselves more professional.The educational administrative organizations are expected to improve the relevant regulations,to exercise human management and to establish a 'teacher-based' atmosphere.
