摘要
人事代理型大学教师再发展已逐渐成为解决我国高等教育从精英向精英与大众兼和阶段的战略转变过程中师资紧缺问题的有效方法,本文在合理界定相关概念基础上,指出了人事代理制大学教师再发展的相关途径及其存在的风险,运用风险管理相关理论分析了相关风险的危害及其规避策略,以促进我国大学教师队伍的合理稳定流动和素养提升,确保我国高等教育精英与大众兼和阶段的教育质量,进而为和谐高等教育和和谐社会构建作出应有的贡献。
Higher education has shifted from elite higher education to the integration of elite and mass education in China.This paper defines the related core concepts,and points out the routes of the re-development of faculty members and its risk by using the theory of risk management to analyze the negative effects and strategies for avoiding these risks.The discussion is believed to be helpful in improving the college teachers' performance so as to insure the education quality and to contribute to the construction of harmonious society.
