做一个“性情”的教师

On the Making of a Teacher with "Disposition"

结合心理学、哲学、社会学的理论,本文认为性情就是指一个人本真的情感、感受力及相对应的对人对己对事物的态度和行为方式的综合。性情教师的形成一定是多种路径下的、多因素共同影响的结果。性情教师必定是敬业的、是以生为本的、是传递快乐的、是善于流露并营造和谐美的、其本质应是追求"完全教师"的。作为一种教育的稀缺资源,性情教师是受学生欢迎的教师。

Based on the theories of psychology,philosophy and sociology,this paper holds that disposition means one's true emotion,feeling,and a comprehensive power of the attitudes toward himself,other people and things.The making of a teacher with disposition is the result of the functions of multi paths and diverse factors.The teacher with disposition is the one who devote himself to his work,shows respect and transmits happiness to his students.The nature of this teacher roots in a harmonious and beautiful character,the pursuit of a 'complete teacher'.As a rare resource of education,the teacher with disposition shall be the one students welcome.
