摘要
研究和制订教师专业标准对推进教师专业化及推进教师教育改革具有重要作用。本文在调查教师队伍现状及分析国外教师专业标准的基础上,探讨我国专业化教师应具备的素质,提出中学教师专业标准的基本内容。通过职前教育达成教师专业标准的程度的分析,提出中学教师职前培养的目标体系。两者从结构上将职前、职后教育有机联系起来,使一体化教师教育的图景更为清晰。
Establishing profession standards has a key function to push forward teacher professionalization.Based on investigation into teachers' present situation and analysis of the foreign professional standards,we probe into the qualities that our professional teacher should have,and putting forward the basic contents of professional standards for middle school teachers.As the analysis on the degree that preservice teachers have reached on the standards,we propose the goals of preteaching training for middle school teachers.They connect closely the initial teacher education with the in-service training,making the integral prospect of the teacher education clearer.
