新疆高师少数民族大学毕业生就业难原因及对策

摘要 近些年,随着我国社会转型,高等教育持续扩招和高校就业机制的变化,高校毕业生特别是少数民族毕业生就业难问题尤为突出,本研究选择新疆三所代表性的高师院校,以2007届少数民族毕业生作为调研对象,结合2004~2006年相关统计数据,从毕业生就业准备、就业观念等五个维度进行相关分析,重点对其就业难原因进行归因分析,并提出有针对性的对策和建议. With the gradual transformation of Chinese society,and sustainable increase of recruit admitted into high education,as well as the change of employment mechanism for college graduates,the problem of employment for college graduates is becoming more and more serious,especially for the ethnic minority graduates. This research paper is based on the relative statistics of 2004 to 2006 and takes ethnic minority graduates of 2007 from three typical high education normal universities in Xinjing as the research objective and adopts the methodology of literature,questionnaire and interview to analyze the issue through various dimensions such as employment preparation and employment idea etc. The purpose is aim to Analysis the reason of this problem base on the Attribution theory. On the basis of exploration to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions .
