论教师个体知识研究的方法论价值

On the Methodological Value of Study of Teacher's Personal Knowledge

摘要 对教师知识的探讨,不仅要从教师整体知识的层面进行,在一般意义上探讨,更要从教师个体知识的层面进行,从具体意义上探讨。教师个体所拥有知识的种类和内涵远较教师整体所拥有的多样而深刻,从个体知识的角度认识教师知识,将获得对教师知识更为完整的认识。这种认识对构建以教师个体知识为基础的教师知识观,建立以教师个体知识观为基础的教师教育模式,创建以教师个体知识为基础的教师文化,都具有重要的现实意义。 The study of teacher knowledge shall be carried out both on the level of knowledge possessed by all teachers and on the level of teacher's personal knowledge.The knowledge possessed by a teacher as an individual is more diverse and profound in types and contents than teachers as a whole.Teacher knowledge when understood from the perspective of personal knowledge shall make a more complete understanding.This understanding is significant in constructing teacher's view of knowledge,establishing teacher education models and teacher culture based on teacher's personal knowledge.
