高中骨干教师的学习风格研究——对当前教师培训有效性的反思与构想

摘要 教师的学习风格是影响教师学习效果和教学效果的深层心理因素之一。本文通过对216名高中骨干教师学习风格的测量,发现了他们在学习风格方面的一般偏好和存在的学科差异和性别差异,并据此提出了在新课程背景下对高中教师进行培训的匹配策略和失配策略,以期使教师成为对各种学习方式都能胜任的成熟的学习者,进而使他们成为能关照学生差异性和培养学生自主性的成功的教学者。 Teacher's learning styles is one of the deep psychological factors influencing the effects of teacher learning and teaching.Based on a measure of teacher learning styles of 216 senior high school teachers,this paper found that there existed common preferences,disciplinary and gender differences in their learning styles.The paper proposed some match and mismatch strategies for training of senior high school teachers in the context of new curriculum.The purpose of the study is to help teachers to become mature learners familiar with various learning methods,and successful teachers competent in caring about student differences and increasing students' autonomy in learning.
