摘要
由于职业的特殊性,教师与生命结下不解的情缘,教师的生命也比普通人具有更多的内涵。为揭示教师生命的存在形态,本文从生命的长度、宽度、高度和密度四个方面分析了教师自然生命、精神生命、智慧生命、价值生命的内涵及制约因素,并针对教师生命质量的提高分别提出建议。
Due to the peculiar nature of their work,teachers present more life meanings than the ordinary people.In order to inquire teachers' life beings,this paper,based on length,width,height and density,analyses the meaning and factors that influence the natural,spiritual,intellectual and value life of teachers.Corresponding suggestions are made for the raise of quality of teachers' life.
