摘要
师范院校百年发展历程中,积淀形成为农村教育服务的办学传统。社会转型、教育变革以及师范教育向教师教育的转型,带来师范院校与农村教育关系的疏离与淡化,造成农村教师队伍总量不足和结构不合理,严重影响教育公平和社会公平。教师教育的当下使命,是实现师范院校服务农村教育的职能、方式与机制的当代转型,加强农村教师队伍建设,也为自身找到一条更加充满活力的发展道路。
It has been over 100 years for Normal Colleges and Universities to serve rural education.Social transformation,education reform and transition from normal education to teacher education result in the separation of normal colleges and universities and rural education,the lack of rural teachers,and unreasonable structure.This seriously influences the educational and social fairness.The task of teacher education at present is to realize the contemporary transformation of functions,methods,mechanisms of normal colleges and universities.Constructing of rural teachers is at the same time a self-contained path for rural education.
