摘要
基于时间分割思想的数据采样插补算法,是根据进给速度将轮廓曲线分割为每个插补周期的进给直线段,以此来逼近轮廓曲线.然后采用轮廓误差补偿的控制算法,由伺服系统进行精插补,补偿粗插补算法所带来的插补误差,并减小插补数据的不连续对跟踪精度的影响.最后根据该算法,利用VC++进行仿真编程,验证该方法的控制精度.
Data Sample interpolation algorithm based on the thinks of time division,that is dividing the contour curve to feed line segment of everyone interpolation period according to the speed of feed,in order to approximate the contour curve.Then the fine inter-polation is carried out by the serve system with contour error compensation control arithmetic,in order to compensate the interpolation errors coming from coarse interpolate arithmetic,and diminish influence of tracing accuracy caused by discontinuous of interpolation data.In the end,adopt Visual C ++ programming simulation to test control precision of the arithmetic.
