On April 17<sup>th</sup>, 2008, the Standardization Administration of the PRC（SAC）, the Standards Australia（SA）, the Stan- dards New Zealand（SNZ）signed the Australia-New Zealand-China Standards Portal in Beijing.This platform will promote the three countries’ trade development and strengthen their communication.
