摘要
由于单结晶体管同步触发电路移相范围较窄,造成单相可控整流电路当控制角为0°、120°、150°、180°时没有输出电压波形和输出电流波形的现象。通过对单结晶体管同步触发电路工作原理分析提出扩大其移相范围的两种方法。
Because the scope of phase shifter of synchronous trigger circuit is too narrow in the single transis- tor,this circuit has no output voltage and output current when the circuit's angle is 0°,120°,150°,180.By analyzing its working principle,two methods are put forward to enlarge its phase shifter's scope.
