摘要
运动性疲劳没有得到及时的恢复而使疲劳累计导致疲劳过度,或者当发生运动疲劳时没有及时地进行调整,继续保持原有的运动,使疲劳程度加深,导致力竭,都会使运动疲劳变成一种病理现象,从而对健康造成不良影响。根据疲劳产生的原因、机理来分析,运用消除疲劳的方法,使机体快速有效地进行超量恢复,以便更好地投入训练和学习。
If people don't recover from motion fatigue in time,the weariness will be accumulated and then leads to over fatigue.Or when motion fatigue happens,we don't adjust in time and keep on previous motion, which will make people more tired so as to have no strength and make motion fatigue,it becomes pathological phenomena to cause some bad effects on health.By the cause and mechanism of motion fatigue,some methods to remove fatigue to make body recover quickly and effectively fling ourselves into training and study much bet- ter.
