Several Ties to be Dealt Well with in the Students' Ideological Education

为做好学生教育管理工作,全面提高大学生综合素质,务必要注意协调好学生为主体与教师为主导、德育与智育、管理学生与教育学生、服务学生与约束学生、尊重学生与塑造学生、个性发展与团队合作、疏导教育与规范训练、自我教育与环境陶冶、慈善关爱与严格要求及德育的"知、情、意、行"等的"十大关系"。

In order to deal with college students' ideological education and improve the whole qualities of them,it needs to deal with ten relations as following:students first and teacher's leading role,ideological education and intelligence ed- ucation,managing students and educating students,serving students and regulating students,respecting students and molding students,individual development and team work,instructive educating and discipline training,self-education and environmental influences,kindly caring and strictly requiring,and four concepts'knowledge,emotion,intention, action'in moral education.
