从"罗森塔尔效应"看英语教师的角色定位

摘要 '罗森塔尔效应'是教育心理学上一个重要的概念。但要在教育中发挥这一效应,首先教师要具有科学的教育观、学习观,并在课堂气氛的营造、自身课堂角色以及对学生正确期望值的保证等方面清楚自己的角色定位,才能极大地调动学习者的自信心和积极主动性以推动教育的发展。 Rosenthal Effect is a very important concept in educational psychology.In order to apply it to English teaching,English teachers should be provided with scientific,edu- cational and learning tools.Teachers should be aware of their own roles in aspects such as creating a positive class atmosphere,their own class teaching roles and adapting expectations,which will be likely to arouse learners' confidence and initiative to give great impetus to teaching.
