对大学生职业价值观的调查研究

Study on Professional Values of College Students

通过问卷的方式,调查大学生的职业心理和职业价值观发现:男大学生多认为工作是"养家糊口",大学生多评价劳动是"辛苦"的;大学毕业班学生更重视工作的"晋升机会",非毕业班更关注工作的社会贡献;工科、综合性大学学生倾向按个人兴趣择业,职业院校学生多考虑父母意见。

This thesis analyzes the psychology of vocation and professional values of college students through the questionnaire.The results show that college students have differences in the career-choosing factors,employment purposes and lacking of entrepreneurial qualities,varying from genders,grades and schools.We try to put forward appropriate measures and suggestions for college students in professional guidance,in order to help them choose career better.
