Characteristics and Mechanism Construction of Cultural Interaction in Higher Education Park

高教园区文化具有系统性、共享性、发展性、渗透性特征。高教园区的文化互动既是高教园区文化生存和发展的自身要求,也是个体自身发展的要求,也有利于园区内资源的充分利用。构建高教园区文化的互动机制应建立园区层面的文化活动整合机制,构建园区内各高校文化资源的共享机制,加强园区内文化互动的动力机制建设,建立健全园区文化互动的保障机制。

Culture in Higher Education Park has the characteristics of systemic,shared,development and permeability.The cultural interaction is the requirement of culture' survival and development,and it is also the requirements of individual self-development,it can make full use of resources in the Higher Education Park.Construction of Higher Education Park cultural interaction mechanism should establish the Park's cultural integration mechanisms,build the sharing mechanism of cultural resources,strengthen the dynamic mechanism of cultural interaction,establish and improve the security mechanism of cultural interaction in Higher Education Park.
