摘要
作为中国英语教学体系中较高层次的研究生英语教学,正在面临全面的教学内容和课程体系改革。论文从分析研究生英语教学所面临的问题着手,在现代语言学、认知心理学等理论指导下,遵循"以学生为本",强调分层次、多样性、个性化的教学理念,在大量调研的基础上,提出具体的研究生英语教学管理与课程体系改革方案。最后对两年来方案的实施,从分级教学管理、教学模式和能力培养等方面进行了进一步的反思。
With the development of Graduate education in China,Graduate English teaching needs innovation in the curriculum system,the teaching mode and the management of teaching and learning.The paper begins with an analysis of the current problems in Graduate English teaching;it addresses the influence of modern linguistics and cogni- tive psychology on English teaching and learning;and presents a framework for gradu- ate English curriculum system,teaching and learning management.This framework is based on investigations and analysis of need as well as on the'student-centered'idea, which puts emphasis on varieties of teaching methods and teaching materials.In the end,the paper provides reflections upon these three aspects:grading management, teaching mode and competence development.
