Analysis about Training Model and the Elements of Graduates

学术界对"培养模式"的内涵有多种说法,在梳理各种界说的基础上,对"研究生培养模式"的内涵做出界定,并对其构成要素及各要素的内外关系做出学理分析。最后,提出了研究研究生培养模式的几点现实意义。

There are many connotations about the definition of'training model'in academia,based on sorting out various definitions,this paper defined'graduate training model',and analyzed its constituent elements and their internal and external relations.At last,it suggests a few practical significances of researching graduate training model.
