大学生就业障碍调查——以2008年广州市大学本科毕业生为例

Research about Employment Barriers of University and College Students——Taking Undergraduate Students of Guangzhou in 2008 as an Example

调查大学生就业障碍可以更好地为制定大学生就业政策提供依据。通过调查法等研究方法,对广州市10所大学1000个样本,从"供求障碍、制度障碍、心理障碍、成本障碍、区域障碍、职业认知障碍、身份障碍、用人障碍"八个方面进行了调研,提出了解决大学生就业障碍的思路。

Investigating university and college students' employment barriers can provide the basis to develop better employment policies for university and college students.Through research methods of investigation and so on,we investigated the employment barriers of 1000 samples of 10 universities and colleges in Guangzhou from eight aspects of'the supply and demand barriers,system obstacles,the psychological barriers,cost barriers,region barriers,vocational cognitive impairment,status obstacles,employment barriers',and we have put forward some suggestions to resolve the employment barriers of university and college students.
