摘要
针对建筑施工环境噪声扰民问题投诉较多,结合对建筑施工噪声的污染现状分析,根据建筑施工的特点及其对周边环境的影响分析,提出对建筑施工噪声污染的防治对策。提出环境保护部门应严格建筑施工项目审批,加大监管力度,做好对施工现场的核查,将建筑施工给居民带来的影响降至最低限度,尽可能的为居民提供安静、舒适的生活环境。
According to appeals of building construction noise disturbance,combined with current situation pollution analysis and based on building construction characteristics and their impact analysis on surrounding environment,the countermeasures of prevention and control of building construction noise pollution were put forward.
