摘要
本文以实例探讨了溢油事故处置中进行环境监测支持的要点,重点介绍溢油污染事故监测的采样布点以及分析方法的选择,并提出了通过加强应急监测队伍和监测能力的建设来提高处理此类事故的能力。
The key points of oil accident disposal supported by environmental monitoring were discussed through case study,and sampling distribution and selection of analysis methods of oil overflow pollution accidents monitoring were introduced.The capacity buildings of emergency monitoring teams and monitoring tools were strengthened.
