摘要
某垃圾坑屋盖为27m跨钢屋架,受四周环境条件限制,吊装机械无法站位,不能按传统施工方法采用大型吊装机械完成作业,根据现场现有条件,准备采用2台施工塔吊配合吊装作业;主要介绍了钢屋架在吊装过程中的难点及所采取的特殊技术措施、关键部件的内力计算并进行了相关经济效益分析。
The roof of garbage pit is 27 meters span steel structure.Because of environment condition limitation,hoisting machine has no method to erect,so traditional construction method by adopting large hoisting machine cannot complete the steel roof construction.Based on on-site conditions,two tower cranes are adopted to hoist the roof.In this article,the author shows the difficult points and special measures adopted during the hoisting,inner force calculation of key members and corresponding economic benefit analysis.
