摘要
天津力神电池股份有限公司锂离子电池扩建工程主厂房为钢筋混凝土框架结构,具有跨度大、荷载重的特点,大跨度梁采用有粘结预应力技术,楼板采用无粘结预应力技术。从设计理论、施工工艺和锚固体系方面对预应力结构进行了说明,预应力技术解决了深大跨度梁板的抗裂控制问题。
The main building of Lithium battery extension project of Tianjin Lishen Battery Stocks Co.,Ltd.is reinforced concrete frame structure,which has some characteristics of large span and heavy load.The large span beams adopt bonded prestress technology,and the floors adopt non-bonded prestress technology.In this article,the author shows prestress structure from design theory,construction technology and anchor system.Prestress technology solves cracks control problem of beam and floor.
