本工程除尘系统的除尘风管设计为圆形,检修门设计为矩形。在圆形除尘风管上安装矩形检修门的关键是在"弧状除尘风管"的管壁上合理设计出矩形接口。施工中根据除尘风管管径的不同采用了相应的施工方法和措施,取得了较好的效果。

The dusting removal wind pipe of dust removal system is designed as circle shape,and access door is designed as rectangle shape.It is key point that rectangle interface between the dusting removal wind pipe and access door is designed rationally.During construction,different construction technologies are adopted based on the different diameters of dusting removal wind pipes,which gains good effect.
