摘要
以南水北调中线丹江口大坝加高工程为背景,开发丹江口大坝加高工程混凝土浇筑施工模拟与管理系统。通过对系统目标与需求的分析,对系统的总体结构、系统数据库、系统功能体系进行了详细的研究与设计。通过对施工现场管理与浇筑流程的系统分析,建立了混凝土浇筑施工模拟模型系统,包括混凝土浇筑施工模拟主流程、浇筑仓位选择、入仓机械联合浇筑三方面内容。本系统模拟计算结果的仓位浇筑顺序科学合理,月施工进度、周施工进度的模拟计算值与实际完成值高度吻合,机械有效使用率高,对于工程顺利实施的发挥起了重要作用。
A concrete construction simulation and management system is developed for Danjiangkou dam heightening project of middle-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project.Based on system objective and function demands,the general structure,system database and function system of the system are designed in detail.According to systems analysis of field management and construction flow,simulation models of concrete construction are established;which are composed of concrete construction general flow model,concrete bin selection model and associated construction model of concrete pouring.Simulation results are satisfying by the system,such as reasonable concrete bin selection order,high construction machine usage efficiency,and the high consistency between simulation results and real construction of month construction schedule and week construction schedule.The system exerts important function in the construction of Danjiangkou dam heightening project.
