摘要 根据电磁感应理论和热传导基本理论,建立了重轨淬火感应加热过程的有限元数值模型。对重轨横截面上涡流透入深度的变化进行了分析,并对计算得的加热结束后温度分布情况与实际数据进行对比,具有较好的一致性。利用该模型可以对重轨感应淬火工艺的研究提供重要参考依据。 Based on electromagnetic induction theory and fundamental theory of conduction of heat,the Finite Element Method model of heavy rail induction hardening process was built.Analyses the change of eddy penetrates depth,the comparison of temperature distribution between simulation and reality data was consistent.This work provides an important reference data to the research of heavy rail induction hardening.
