摘要
利用数字散斑相关测量法只能得到试件的整像素位移量,不能满足高精度的测量要求。探讨了两种插值法在数字散斑亚像素级测量中的应用,并对相关系数多项式插值法和对数插值法的测量结果进行了比较,为在不同亚像素级位移条件下选择较为恰当的测量方法提供了依据。
The correlative measurement by using digital speckle can only obtain the whole pixel's displacement and can't satisfy the demands of high-precision. Some applications of two interpolation sub-pixel positioning in digital speckle measurement are discussed,and the survey results using the methods of correlation coefficient polynomial interpolation and logarithm interpolation are compared,which provide a basis for appropriate measurement under the conditions of different sub-pixel positioning.
