高纯石英玻璃研抛特性的研究

Research of whetting and polishing characteristic of high pure quartz glass

介绍了高纯石英玻璃的研抛特性。从石英玻璃的内部结构、硬度、微裂纹、表面结构等几方面分析了石英玻璃的物理特性,并与K9光学玻璃进行了对比。通过研究两者被抛光表面的显微图像,分析其产生的原因,结果表明,高纯石英玻璃研抛去除速度慢、表面质量高。

Whetting and polishing characteristic of high pure quartz glass is introduced.The physical characteristic of quartz glass is analyzed,including its inner framework,rigidity,microcrack and exterior framework,contrasting with K9 optical glass.The images of both polished surfaces are researched,the results show that high pure quartz glass is slower to be polished but higher quality on surface.
