摘要
考虑几何、材料及接触非线性,建立了无花纹、沟槽和子午线轮胎的有限元模型,计算仿真了三种轮胎在平面上滚动、通过障碍物、通过起伏路等过程,研究了三种轮胎在充气、加载、越障、起伏路面滚动时的轮胎接地性能,为轮胎性能评价和花纹优化设计提供依据。
By considering the geometry nonlinearity 、 material nonlinearity and the contact nonlinearity ,different models of three tires based on finite element ,i.e. no-pattern tire、groove tire and radial tire are constructed. Through numerical examples of tires rolling straight、over a barrier、on a up-and-down road and so on. The performance of the three types of tires, when applying inner pressure and vertical load、crossing barriers、rolling on up-and-down roads are studied, helping to estimate the performance of a tire and to optimize the tire pattern design.
