摘要
大型风力机叶片外形复杂多变,用有限元计算之前建立一个准确的三维实体模型是关键。而CAE的建模功能却是分析的瓶颈,就需要在建模功能更为强大和方便的CAD环境中进行建模工作。本文以25m风力机叶片为例,先在CAD中建立精确的叶片实体模型,再将模型导入CAE中进行分析。这样能大大简化工作量,为后续计算提供基础。
The shape of big wind turbine blades is complex and variable,so it is the keypoint to build exact 3D model of them before FE analysis. However modeling is just the shortcoming of CAE software. Now we need to do modeling work by using CAD software which is more powerful and convenient than CAE. Taking a 25 m long wind turbine blade for example, firstly,we build its solid model in Pro/E,then import it into ANSYS to do analytical work. Finally it shows that the work would reduce and the exact 3D is the firm foundation for further analysis.
