摘要
在工厂设计中,由于各种原因经常会遇到钢梁开洞的现象,给工程设计造成了许多困难。本文结合工程实际提出了现有加固方法在理论上的不足之处。应用工程有限元软件Ansys对H型钢梁开孔及其补强措施进行了分析,研究了孔洞对钢梁性能的影响,对不同加固方法的加固效果进行了分析,并探讨了不同因素对其产生的影响。
Steel beams with openings are frequently found in the factory design and many difficulities are caused from them in the design. Associated with the engineering practice, problems caused from steel beams with openings are generalized in this paper and the insufficience of existing reinforcement methods is also presented. A finite element analysis was performed using Ansys to study the mechanical behavior vairiation of H-beam with flange openings. Some reinforce methods were also simulated using Ansys to study the reinforce effect of each method and the influence level of different factors.
